Found this architect and saw his previous work through his plans. He provided excellent advice (i think he has a woman who is a chartered town planner) and they came up with a scheme. They provided me with detailed advice on what i may not get permission for and i amended my planning scheme accordingly. They were not expensive and his drawings and planning statement seem really good. gave me paper plans and also emailed them to me. got planning permission and the hours that i wanted. Great stuff and worth it - i would recommend these guys if you are looking for an architect in stoke on trent.
