1 the box meal was just thrown into paper bags there were no dips salt or serviettes
2. The drinks Diet Coke were all thrown away as they were vile like cleaning fluid.
3. We ordered three meal deals and we only had two portions of chips. When our granddaughter questioned it she was dismissed and told we hadn’t ordered the third portion yet it was clearly on the receipt.
4. My disabled wife then had to go into the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager.
He said he would give feedback to his staff.
We ordered 2 ice creams and yes we were not charged for the 2 ice creams it was an expensive lunch as the food was not eatable and it cost us just under £17.00.
We will not be visiting the stoke on Trent restaurant again. The manager was smart as he looked at the receipt and promptly screwed it up and binned it.
