- Deb Slater Review added: 2018.06.12★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I ordered a Brown Betty 10 Cup Teapot from this company, on Saturday, July 9th, 2016. I have had no acceptance email from them, but they sure accepted my payment from Canada immediately. Told them I did not want this teapot on second thought, asked them to cancel my order Monday, July 11th, and to please do a refund. I have tried 3 times to email these people, to no avail. They do not answer. I paid through PayPal, and the next course of action is to file a grievance with them to get my money back. Don't do business with this company, is all I can say. A company that doesn't answer an email to them once, but 3 times, is unacceptable. I will keep emailing them. I want an answer, where is my money?? I will find what I am looking for from another company in the UK, or here in Canada. So much for being a reputable company for online orders. Buyer Beware! Had to rate with a star as not able to post, they don't deserve any star review...I would have given them none...Annoyed and disappointed.
