  My daughter asked for a taxi to her mums to pay at other end. The driver asked her if she had a job. When she said no the driver asked how will she pay him. She also had a piece of paper in her hand and he asked what was on it and if that wasnt enough when she got there he tried to demand her phone for security! My daughter is 22,5 foot tall and inoffensive. And this is midday. Rang to complain, told me to ring next day to speak to a manager. When i rang today i was put through to a woman named tracey who only seemed to want me to put myself in the drivers position. No mention of the personal questions he asked her. At this point i interrupted her to which she replied WHOAH WHOAH WHOAH!. I immediately asked to speak to her boss, the owner. I was put on to a man who didnt give me a name who said the manager, mark foggy, is on holiday. Thanks for caring city cabs. Mr foggy, ill be in touch.
