The spa is the biggest selling point, with a sizeable steam room, sauna, plunge pool and spa, with ice cubes made available. Swimming pool is full length, although can be busy if you don't pick your times carefully. The gym is great, although the cardio equipment is old, the weight area is good and the personal trainers are really helpful, involved and the fitness plans are thorough and tailored to you.
