  Brief review.
  Terrible company to deal with, awful customer service. I purchased four tyres which were Technic Amazon's I had them delivered and fitted at £15 a tyre with my local tyre fitters after a couple of hours a front tyre was flat and upon inspection there was hole in tyre wall.
  I contacted Tread X immediately was told I could have replacement if I paid for a new one? Or send defective tyre back to be then sent to munufacturer for inspection and then refund?.
  In the meantime my vehicle was off the road.
  Despite this still wouldn't replace tyre so I sent all four back as three tyres with a very specific tread pattern is neither use nor ornament to me or my vehicle. I then had to buy four brand new tyres from another company and incurred yet more fitting costs, not once did I receive an apology from this company in fact they then ripped me off by giving me a partial refund stating delivery costs.
  I am hugely out of pocket due to tyre fitting, taxis and so on, actually more than what the four tyres cost initially and thank goodness this didn't also cost me my life or somebody else's if this defective tyre fitted to the steering axle decided to go at 70mph on the M6.
  Trading standards involved do not touch this company!.

  That reply is exactly why I wouldn't deal with your company again (or your other company?) still your company just because I purchased through eBay?. I paid the amount I did for tyre fitting because it's a 'Professional' garage unlike yourselves who are 50 odd miles away? and advise to fit tyres yourself on the drive with a 'screwdriver'??.
  You had no rights to keep £30 back off my refund it's against the sale of goods act.
  Bent out of shape because your challenged on a poor product and an even worse service.
  Had your customer service been up to par you wouldn't be reading this it's that simple.
  Stinking attitude and stinking company.
  Avoid this outfit at all costs.
