I always seem to get lost in Intu Potteries but as soon as I got to the shop I was greeted by a nice staff member who quickly arranged the pick up of my new phone. Staff member was kind and talkative during the 20 minutes it took to get my phone and SIM card. I've been with Vodafone for just under a year and I've never had a problem with them. Highly recommend them for any mobile phone inquiries, as the staff are always good when it comes to resolving issues.
