- Rachael Walton Review added: 2018.09.04★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I ordered a parcel from Beerwulf which was due to be delivered last Friday. My parcel was not shown as Out for Delivery and with no other way of contacting them I had to use the online chat. I was informed that as the parcel hadn’t been received by them until 2.30 am it would automatically be delivered on Saturday . I checked the tracking information on Saturday which said I needed to arrange a collection but the website wouldn’t allow me to arrange this as they hadn’t even attempted to deliver it. I again contacted the online chat (as the automated telephone number just keeps saying my parcels on its way with no option to be put through to a real person) and was informed that the system hadn’t been updated and they would contact the local depot. I decided to go there myself only to be told that the parcel had been damaged and 5 of the beer bottles had been smashed due to the flimsy packaging. I contacted Beerwulf who’s customer service was excellent and they resent the beers in a perfectly study hard cardboard box. I can only assume that Yodel dropped the box. I definitely would not choose to use Yodel
- Jimmy Mcfish Review added: 2018.05.03★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I ordered a bike for my sons birthday. Was sent yodel48. Should have got here last Tuesday well before his birthday Saturday. Didn't arrive. Sitting in stoke depot. Apart from hiring a van I can't collect. Seller attempted to get courier to leave in a safe place. It's now the following Tuesday. No bike. Unhappy son. His mates think I lied to him and the wife isn't happy either blaming me. Yodel have left me with a stressed angry family and have ruined my kids birthday. I'll need to email sellers first and not buy if they use yodel. I don't want this stress ever again and will have to buy another bike if it's not here by friday. - halfords this time as long as they don't use yodel.
